2.2. Account Creation

To participate, you must register a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

2.3. Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify the identity of all players ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). We reserve the right to request documentation (e.g., driver's license, passport, utility bill) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3. Purchasing Entries

3.1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed by our servers, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring that the numbers selected and the number of draws entered are correct before confirming your purchase.

3.2. Order Cut-Off Times

Entries for a specific draw must be purchased before the designated cut-off time (typically 1 hour prior to the draw). Any purchase confirmed after the cut-off time will be automatically entered into the next available draw.

3.3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Interac Online. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

4. Winnings and Prize Claims

4.1. Prize Calculation

Prizes are determined based on the official draw results. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers shown on your screen and the official records stored on our secure central server, the official records shall prevail.

4.2. Payout Procedures

• Prizes under $1,000: These will be automatically credited to your Player Account balance immediately following verification of the draw results. You may withdraw these funds or use them for future purchases.
• Prizes between $1,000 and $24,999: These prizes require additional verification. Once approved, funds will be transferred via direct bank deposit or mailed cheque within 5 business days.
• Major Prizes ($25,000+): Winners of major jackpots must claim their prize in person at our regional prize centre. You will be contacted by our Winner Services team to arrange an appointment.

4.3. Claim Period

All prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and redistributed to the prize pool or charity in accordance with provincial regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, or federal law.
2. Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the lottery software or random number generation.
3. Syndicate play or purchasing tickets on behalf of a third party for a fee (commercial resale).
4. Creating multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses or circumvent limits.
5. Using funds derived from criminal activity to purchase entries (Money Laundering).

6. Responsible Gaming

CanadaLottoFinder is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily ban yourself from our platform for a specific period (from 6 months to permanent).
• Session Timers: Reminders of how long you have been logged in.
